Yes, if you have enough money on the Gift Card the transaction will go through. Please note that if you are paying for an item with the One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Card and paying the remaining balance in another format, ensure that you advise the restaurant staff member before providing the Gift Card for payment.

Do I have to spend the whole amount at once?

No, if you don't spend the full balance of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance remains on your gift card, allowing you to spend it in any of the 100 restaurants across the country until the gift card expiry date.

Why was my One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Card refused?

When I check my balance online, I am asked for a 16 digit card number and password. Where can I find these?

When you wish to check the balance on your gift card online, you are asked for a 16 digit card number and password. The 16 digit card number is located on the front of your gift card and your password is the 3 digit number labeled "CVV2" on the back of the card. The CVV2 number is located on the magnetic (black) strip to the right hand side of the card.

Why is there a €2.00 fee when purchasing a One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Card in a PostPoint?

The €2.00 fee is a service charge which covers some of the expenses incurred in providing our wide range of restaurants.

Why is there a €3.49 fee when purchasing One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Cards online?

The €3.49 fee is a service charge which covers the administration costs and cost of postage and packaging. The fee is charged per order and there is no limit to the number of cards you can order.

Why is there a fee for re-issuing a One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Card?

The administration charges for the re-issue of an expired Gift Card is to cover the administration cost and the costs of postage and packaging.

If I order One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Cards online, when can I expect to receive delivery of my order?

Orders placed before 11am Monday to Friday will, subject to credit card clearance, be dispatched for delivery within 3 working days when sent by standard post. Next day delivery is available when sent by express post or by courier. Orders placed at the weekend and on public holidays will be handled on the next working day.

Can I place an order online and collect it in the Post Office?

All orders placed online will be dispatched to the delivery address supplied. Orders placed through the website cannot be collected at the Post Office. Orders placed at the Post Office can be collected immediately.

I've lost my One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Card, what is the procedure?

To report a lost or stolen One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Card, please call our Customer Service team immediately on 01-8708111. Please note you must have your card number in order for us to do this. A re-issue fee of €5.00 will apply. GVS cannot accept any liability for deductions from your card prior to you notifying GVS with full details.

My One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Card has expired, what can I do?

In the unlikely event that you have been unable to use your One4all Gift Card in any of 100 restaurants during the 12 month period, you may apply to GVS to have your card re-issued subject to a administration fee. You will need to apply to us in writing after the card has expired at Customer Service, PO Box 8942, Malahide, Co Dublin enclosing the card with a note clearly stating your name and address. This process may take up to 21 days from the receipt of your gift card. The fee of €8 per gift card returned will be deducted from your card. We advise that you to keep a record of your Gift Card number prior to sending the card to The Gift Voucher Shop. If the expired value on your gift card is under €15 please call our customer service team on 01 8708111.

My One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Card has been stolen, what can I do?

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How often will the list of restaurants change?

We do our best to keep our participating retailer listing up to date as much as possible. However from time to time some restaurants may join or leave the scheme and we make every effort to update the website listing at the earliest opportunity. If a retailers listed on www.wheretoeat.ie does not accept your Gift Card, please contact our customer service and we will investigate further.

My One4all Wheretoeat.ie Gift Card has expired but the balance is less than €15.

If you have an expired card with a balance under €15.00 you can elect to pay the difference and bring the balance up to €15 plus €5.00 to have the card reissued. For example if your balance is €12.00 you can send us a cheque or postal order for €8.00 (€3 to bring the balance to €15.00 and €5.00 for the re-issue). You can also opt to donate your gift card balance to a charity listed on www.One4all.ie
