Recipe: Chicken with garlic rosemary and spaghetti

Not all pasta sauces should be complicated and this one shows just how simple it can be to rustle up a little classic. This dish is perfect for when you get home after a long day at work and need to cook something fast.

Cooking Method

  1. Put some salt and oil into boiling water and then add your spaghetti.
  2. Cut your chicken into thin slices and set aside.
  3. Put some oil in a pan over a medium heat and add your chopped garlic and diced onion to it.
  4. Remove the rosemary & thyme leaves and dice finely adding them to the pan for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the chicken and cook until slightly browned. Meanwhile drain the pasta
  6. Add butter to the pan and also add in your drained pasta. Season with salt and toss it all together until the pasta is heated through
  7. Serve with some grated cheese

  • 3 tsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 onion
  • 1 chicken breast
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 Sprig fresh thyme
  • 250g spaghetti
