George's Dock, IFSCDublin 2
Opened in July 2007, ely bar & brasserie has become the perfect destination for lovers of food, great wines and beer. Built in the 1820’s, ely bar & brasserie’s vaulted cellars, atrium bar and waterside terrace make for a perfect destination whatever the occasion, be it a relaxed weekend family brunch, a romantic dinner for two or a large group party - whilst also being ideal for pre or post O2 or Croke Park dinner or drinks. Head chef Ryan Stringer has developed a classic brasserie menu which reflects the best of seasonal Irish produce - organic where possible, with all beef, pork and lamb sourced through the ely organic family farm in the Burren, Co. Clare. ely bar & brasserie offers 400 great wines by the bottle, with over 80 of these available by the glass. It is also fully licensed serving a full range of beers both bottled and on tap.
