Reeves Restaurant opened in 2005 by owner & chef Tom Reeves. It is located on Dublin’s south side in the heart of Templeogue Village. Since 2005 Reeves Restaurant has been serving the local community, its much loved regulars, tourists and passing trade with high quality food and service at a reasonable price. Proprietor Tom Reeves commenced his career as a Chef in the luxurious Five Star Berkeley Court Hotel in Dublin in 1985. After serving his apprenticeship he then moved to renowned Kilkea Castle Co Kildare as Senior Sous Chef. In 1995 he took over the running of the kitchen in The Coachman’s Inn at Dublin Airport, after three successful years he moved to Malahide to take charge of the newly renovated 150 seated Oscar Taylor’s Restaurant. Eventually in 2004 he achieved his ultimate goal and opened his own restaurant aptly named Reeves Restaurant in Templeogue with his wife Carol. The team of chefs at Reeves is headed by award winning Chef Colm Corcoran, who is a gold medal winner in Chef Ireland. Colm has worked in a number of top restaurants in Dublin City, most notably in Peacock Alley under the guidance of Conrad Gallagher. With the establishment of Reeves Restaurant Tom has also enjoyed success with two franchise catering businesses in both The Eden House Rathfarnham and The Templeogue Inn.
