The Silken Thomas is delighted and proud of the new addition "Chapter 16" - the jewel of the crown. This 60 seater restaurant is a modern and bright with a very exciting menu to boot, with views of Kildare's historic market square.The restaurant offers fresh produce at all times leading to and exciting menu of international dishes served with a lavish touch of imagination. A varied menu specialise in coeliac & vegetarian option, togrther wuth "Kids Size Me" options available for our younger visitors. The culinary forté for which the house is largely due to the pursuit of excellence associated with the Silken Thomas.

For some reason, over the past few years Kildare has gotten a hefty number of quality eateries. The options are equal to those towns far bigger. Silken Thomas is one of these. It's been around a while but its rep as a quality restaurant ... Read more...
