Diarmuid O’Callaghan has already hit the ground running in The River Bistro by receiving an amazing accomplishment within the first 2 months of opening to acclaim the Top 100 Restaurants from the Bridgestone Guide 2009.
The riverside room is chic, classy and unpretentious; the focus is, as ever, on delicious cooking. The River Bistro offer Simple, Quality food using the best available seasonal produce to create straight forward dishes that are big on flavors but not necessarily on price, that has you licking your lips with pleasure.
Head Chef Diarmuid O’Callaghan hails from Limerick City and spent many years training in Boston, Martha’s Vineyard, Colorado, France and Ireland. This Restaurant is definitely worth a visit!
