Situated in the old stables The "VM" Dining Room has a superb atmosphere in which to relax and enjoy Viewmount's exceptional dining experience. Candlelit, exposed stone walls, contempory paintings, and immaculate service will surround you. Choose from a seasonally changing menu which makes the very best of the finest local ingredients and accompanied by fine wines from our superb cellar. "VM" Restaurant offers a unique and comtemporary dining experience. Head Chef, Gary O'Hanlon has created a menu based on the founding principles of classical cookery, but with modern twists. Every dish is prepared using only the finest ingredients, sourced locally where possible and changing with the season. We are uniquely lucky to have one of the finest larders in Europe from which to cook, delicious fish from the north west coast, daily supply, Dry Aged Beef, fantastic artisan organic cheeses and wonderful Game. So whether it's a quiet dinner for two, a celebration for family and friends, a business meeting or just a great dining experience, "VM" has it all.

Unfailingly good. Staff very pleasant and efficient and the meal is reliably excellent. A must try. The addition of an early bird on a friday is a welcome for an after work treat. Read more...
